Well my first day after the intro of my blog.
I got up early and was in the pool by 09.15.
Swam for an hour and in that hour I did 40 lengths was so pleased I manged to get to 40 as I have been doing about 30 to 35 for a while now.
Was very busy but that was not a problem as that helped me to speed up and do more.
I had a good breakfast just a small bowl of cereal.
For lunch is going to be good with frankfurters and couscous as its so quick and easy to do and pud will be banana and small pot of ambroser custard.
Also juice with that as well no sugar one.
Well I fell really could not really tired considering I was up at 6 am.
But my eyes are not feeling heavy like they would do when I am sitting down.
Need to cont.... with this as winters sets in it will get harder but as long as I feel like I have a lot of energy than I know if I stop and think I can't be bothered then and tiredness kicks in which is what I don't want.
Well thats it for now more tomo.
